Senior Controls Engineer
Three individual interviews with the hiring manager, the regional director, and a peer who was in the same position. Each one was in person and a straightforward conversation about the pros and cons of the position at GE at the time.
Mechanical Engineer
I had a video interview consisting of 10 questions. Some of them were multiple-choice questions, and the rest were to video record myself answering the questions. After the video interview, a face-to-face interview followed.

I was initially sent a prescreening questionnaire, which was 7 pretty textbook computer science questions. This appears to be a standard GE test, and can be found posted around the internet. It included tasks such as: * Draw a class diagram. *
