Large company pros and cons
Perks of working for a large company include name recognition and some ability to move around.
Compensation is average to slightly above average. There are many different groups and product lines to learn about and work for. There are many smart, valuable employees to learn from.
Bureaucracy is very apparent here. Hurdles and politics that go with working for a large company can be difficult to overcome. Employees often work long hours, and their efforts go unnoticed. There are many confusing and inconsistent processes that dictate how you accomplish your job.

Engineer
The interview was a classic format of three technical interviews with two employees, followed by a discussion with HR. In total, it took about three-quarters of a day. The interview took place on-site. All expenses were paid.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
