Great place to work. I really enjoy the people and the products they make. Overall, it is a very secure and successful company.
Being part of bigger GE means getting involved with a lot of processes that may or may not be relevant to you. Overall, I don't view this as a con.
Have a more active engagement with employees. Yes, GE is a large company. There are ways for managers to be more involved.

Recruiters came to our campus for hiring. There was a simple test first, a theoretical multiple choice. Shortlisted candidates were then interviewed. The engineering manager and HR interviews each lasted approximately 1 hour.
