No ethics in the profession. Bad middle and top management. Not a very good business strategy (most of the time buying and selling businesses around the world).
Should focus more on innovation inside the company and build the brand rather than depending on the brand value.

It was good. Not very time-taking. However, three senior leaders took the interview together. The HR interview was easy. Not many questions were asked; it was mostly on salary expectation. Overall experience is good.
