Employees were allowed to do WFH regularly even before COVID. This was great for moms, offering a strong support system and WFH flexibilities.
The company is slow to grow into leadership levels working on global projects. It is difficult to grow in India. US counterparts get it easier than Indian counterparts.
Please have more growth for high potentials rather than having them slog in your current team for your benefit.
Provide opportunities to Indian counterparts to own global products rather than treating us as an offshore outsourcing company.
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
I only was able to do the first round of the technical challenge. It was the hardest and longest one I've ever taken. I got probably around 50%, but I was still told that I didn't do that bad. Only for the dedicated.
