First, I started off with phone screenings with leads. Later, I was called into an onsite. The onsite allows you to tour the place and talk to the manager as well as team members.

Two telephonic calls and 4 rounds of one-on-one interviews. The telephonic and personal interviews were fairly technical and basic.

There is first a phone screening, basically to know your English level and some experience. Then, in-person interviews with some technical questions and English conversation too. Finally, an HR interview and then the offer.
