Take care of the "onboarding" time. It's not just 2-3 months. Unfortunately, not just the product is big, but the whole tech tree is sometimes challenging.

Long phone interview, maybe 50 minutes or more. Lots of experiential questions. A few questions on working with teams, past successes and failures. It seemed like they were seeing if I was just a techy guy or could communicate well with teams. Guess
