There are many interesting projects, and the industry business is stable and durable.
Good pay and benefits.
There are also lots of chances to work with different groups of people and be able to learn many skills, such as interactively cooperating with others and understanding their various technologies.
The company is trending toward contracting work out to save costs temporarily, which may prove costly in the long run, but current managers only worry about their available budget.
Big company problem: there are always some disrespectful individuals present, instead of just workers, which is annoying and hurts others' feelings.
