Pros: Most of the people I worked with were great, but 3 out of 4 managers I had were people I never want to work under again due to poor leadership.

Cons: Company layoffs had us all on edge for months because we didn't know exactly when they would happen and we didn't know who would be laid off. While I was lucky to survive the layoffs, our managers and senior developers weren't so lucky, and we were left without guidance. Most of my team that was left were new hires who had to pick up the pieces with no knowledge transfer, since the layoffs meant immediate termination. For months, we had no local manager to check up on us and were haphazardly reorganized a couple of times before a local manager was finally assigned to us.

Pros: Great work-life balance. NCH program is great at helping new graduates start their careers. They truly care for employees.

Cons: Definitely on the lower end for pay for software developers.

Pros: Good benefits, and we have 16 holidays.

Cons: You don't get to do what you like.
