The co-op program is not structured at all. It all depended on your manager and how much time they had and were willing to help you navigate things. It was a very steep learning curve with little to no support.

45 minutes, 6 behavioral questions. It was pretty straightforward and casual. The interviewer was nice and laid back. Have answers prepared beforehand; this will help in the interview. It was not a hard interview overall, just a long dialogue.
Fairly standard process. Overall, it was a pleasant experience based on my limited job searching and interview experiences. Again, the system requires me to put in a minimum of 30 words. I find it very unprofessional.
The actual interview I gave went well. After completing and passing the interview to go to the next "step", the HR person stopped responding after successfully completing two interviews. They stopped responding to emails and did not respond anymore.
