Process

HireVue interview where you record video responses on your computer to non-technical questions. Then, a cognitive assessment with "brain games". After that, I had a coding challenge, nothing too hard. One dealt with regex, and the other was some one-pass algorithm. Then, I had two Skype interviews with SWE managers.

Questions

Describe a time where you did the right thing, even though it wasn't a popular decision. Could be school, internship, or work experience.

I don't see any Java experience on your resume, and we use Java for the back-end. Could you please describe encapsulation to me?
