I interviewed as a student, and three parts took place over the course of several weeks.
The first was in person and was mostly behavioral, such as, "Tell us a story about when you had to be bold."
The second interview was similar but with a different interviewer, who also asked technical questions about software logic, such as, "Write code that counts all the odd numbers from 1 to 20."
The third part was an online assessment that gave many scenarios and multiple-choice answers for how I would respond to the questions.
Tell us a story about when you had to be BOLD.
