Process

GM had a booth at my university career fair in Florida and was offering on-the-spot interviews. When I walked up to them, handed them my resume, and spoke to them about past internships, they offered me an interview in another area of the career fair. I had two interviews with two different interviewers back-to-back, with each being about 45 minutes long. The first was slightly technical with some behavioral questions, and the second was completely behavioral but also had a discussion about past experiences and where I hope to be in the future. The interviews were very laid-back and conversational. The interviewers were very open with sharing their experiences at the company and seemed very genuine about it. At the end, they also asked me where I'd rather work: either Atlanta or a city in Texas. I asked for Atlanta. Exactly one week later, I received an email from their recruiting team to take a logic quiz and a personality quiz. Then, just over a week later, they called me, extending an offer.
