You get a lot of training, and they help you in your learning path. Many courses are offered.
Every last Friday of the month is Learning Day. You can use this entire day to study something new or to keep studying something.
Sometimes you work more giving support to other platforms and teams than coding on a project. I believe it was a particular case where I came to the team during a transition moment.
