Phone interview screening followed by an on-site interview (2 hours with two separate managers). Each hour was divided into: * Introduction * Behavioral questions (4) * Technical questions (5) The extra time was to answer my questions (15 minutes).

The initial phone screening and team's meeting were positive and encouraging. For the in-person one, I was told to arrive early, but the interview started 15 minutes late, and I was left alone waiting. Very little attempt was made to build rapport,
