Excellent pay and benefits. Management and Engineering were very supportive and helped me through the culture shock of hiring in from the outside. After hourly workforce turnover, the new workforce was a joy to work with as they realized how truly fortunate they were. When the writing was on the wall, the company took care of me through the separation. Thank you, GM.
Not too many cons to mention. It is a shame that market conditions necessitated the down-sizing.
From my perspective, I found that my direct management was qualified and went above and beyond.
One interview only. Asked all behavior questions. Mostly about being part of a team. Very simple and straightforward. No complaints. The interview was about 45 minutes long with two engineers on the call.
I got an online assessment which was full of bit-masking related type of questions. I did not get a reply from them afterwards. I guess I did not pass.
The experience was not fulfilling, nor did it feel professional. The focus seemed to be more on promoting the company itself, rather than providing clear information about the specific role and its responsibilities within the organization.
