It used to be a good place to work. Most of my coworkers are/were awesome.
I have zero trust in GM left. How can a company give you permission to be remote and move anywhere, then over 3 years later reclassify you as hybrid? You allow people to move all over the country and tell them they are grandfathered in if we need to return to office, then you tell them they have 30 days to be back in the office full-time. This is the type of ethics the new GM has. Meanwhile, at least a third of the SLT staff (especially HR and DEI) are remote. I guess it's the old "do as I say and not as I do."
At this point, it would take a total reboot. The upper levels are too polluted with unethical and out-of-touch "people".
