Work is broken down a little too much here. You get assigned a small chunk of work when you have the capacity to do so much more. There are not a lot of opportunities to work on different teams and get to know different parts of the business, although this was originally one of the selling points of working here. It's very cliquey; it's very easy to feel isolated if you aren't on good terms with your manager.
Please make the layoff criteria a little more objective in the future. I had excellent performance reviews for 4+ years, and yet I was laid off. Some lower performers on my team got to keep their jobs.
