There are some friendly faces in the company that work their butt off.
They do not respect disabilities. If you're neuro-divergent, HEAVILY consider against informing management of your disability. If your manager doesn't understand, they can just give you bad performance reviews and not help steer you in the right direction.
They will actively hold your projects (and experience, promotions, bonuses!!!) hostage if your manager does not care about you.
HR is a big joke. Leadership is an even bigger joke.
