Pros: Everything is remote at GitLab, and you are a manager of one. You are trusted to assess your priorities properly and organize your days accordingly. Flexible working hours and a "family first" culture are in place. An indefinite leave policy is available, as long as you achieve your objectives. Working longer hours doesn't necessarily mean good results.
Cons: It can be a little isolating to be always home, but Gitlab allows you also to rent a shared working space to socialize.

Pros: Solid and powerful product, friendly collaborative team members, and overall a pretty good work culture that allows for a healthy work-home life balance.
Cons: Sales motion can be challenging, and some internal company turbulence as GitLab matures as a company and goes through some growing pains.
