Amazing team, great product, and big opportunity
One of the best teams I have worked with. The product solves a real need that I can relate to, and the user love for the product is energizing. The size of the opportunity is massive if we execute well against it.
The company is evolving rapidly, and so sometimes the processes in place are no longer relevant. It takes time to catch up to the company's needs.

Glean Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
First, it asks a couple of questions about your background, such as something you worked on that excited you. Then, it moves on to DSA questions, potentially two if there's time. Finally, it asks system design questions if there is time.
