I was told there would be a CoderPad interview followed by multiple rounds onsite.

Given an array of non-negative integers, find the smallest subarray that sums to at least a value x, which is also passed to the function.
Coderpad:
Given an array scores[][] = {{"jerry","65"}, {"bob","91"}, {"jerry","23"}, {"Eric","83"}}.
Find the student with the highest average score.
