Latest technologies. You have to work on multiple projects. A competitive work environment makes you stretch yourself. Bonus if you are in the right place with the right manager. Growth is possible if you are in the right place; many people get promoted every year, even though they don't always seem that smart.
Politics, low CTC, and they don't increase much. They say you get a bonus, and that too is not up to the mark. If I compare myself, I earn less compared to outside market standards. Stressful work environment.
