The interview process involved an online coding challenge, one phone interview, and then four onsite interviews.
There was a minor issue at the beginning: the initial recruiter email was lost after the coding challenge. Fortunately, the recruiter resent the email, allowing me to set up the phone interview.

Pros: Great internal tools.
Pay is great.
Other companies will want to pay you lots of money if you worked here because they think it means something.
Cons: Supply and demand applies. Everyone's very talented, so the ability to achieve is worthless. Those who excel are those who monopolize and hoard scarcer resources (approvals, visibility). Office politics is 90% of the job.

Gym and facilities are great.
Project is generally impactful.
Team members are very kind and helpful.
Cons: Our team under the Ads org is really busy. A lot of analysis work and SQL writing, which is not taken into consideration for promotion. High/unfair promotion standards. Manager lacks guidance.
