Process
I applied online through Google's web portal.
It took around three weeks before I received an email asking for my availabilities. After that, I had two 45-minute phone interviews, scheduled about two weeks apart.
The first interview was quite simple, likely to gauge my technical skills. The second interview was quite difficult, likely to assess how I approach extremely hard questions and to observe my thought process.
