I was contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter. The interview process proceeded as follows:

Phone screen with that recruiter
Google Hangouts technical interview
Five on-site interviews

Most interviewers were really friendly; only one of them was less communicative.

Questions

Being under an NDA, I can't tell you the exact questions. They were mostly related to algorithms, BSTs, or hash tables.

Cons: Google fired a bunch of people while being highly profitable. Morale plummeted and the environment became much more cut-throat.
