Process
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months.
- One simple technical interview as a first check
- Three other technical and one non-technical interview
- A team matching phase where I would meet managers to find the most suitable team
All interviews were 45 minutes and online, as this was during the end of the COVID period. Once all this was done, a final decision was taken by the hiring committee. The process took quite long, more than a month.
