1. Good work-life balance (to some extent).

2. Good office and perks (although it becomes quite boring after 6 months).

3. Coworkers are still generally okay, but the quality is degrading quite fast.

1. Too much politics and corporate bureaucracy.
2. Weird attendance policy. Enforcing in-office presence for no reason, even if your team or manager doesn't require it.
3. Severe lack of long-term vision by the execs.
4. Rapidly declining standards, both in the quality of work and your coworkers.
5. Too many reorgs and silent layoffs consistently.

Needs a hard reform and revamp of old Google culture fast; otherwise, it is going to be the same as IBM.
