HR called me and asked open-ended questions about why I wanted to work there and what interesting things I'm into. I wasn't super prepared because I didn't really care to get the job. Then, I had a phone screen that served as a technical interview.

Very involved. Enjoyed the process. Multiple rounds of technical interviews were tiring, to be honest. I would have preferred in-person, person-to-person interviews for these kinds of detailed tech assessments.
