Lots of bureaucracy, which often acts as an impediment to getting things done. Compensation is middle-of-the-road for the industry.

First, get connected with HR. Didn't have an online assessment or phone interview in my case. After a 5-round (4 technical interviews and 1 behavioral interview) onsite interview, I had two more additional interviews.
