Process
I applied online and heard back from the recruiter a couple of weeks later. We had a phone screen the same day.
A few days later, I had a video call with a Senior Engineer where we mostly just chatted and talked about development at a high level. Then, almost two weeks after that, I had a call with the Engineering Director, again where we just chatted.
After this call, I did not hear back whatsoever, even after multiple follow-ups to the recruiter who initially reached out and the person who scheduled my meetings. They completely ghosted me.
