There's no structure. Each department functions as a single cell instead of as a whole. Still a startup company but wanting to deliver way too much at one time. The pace and teamwork is phenomenal in some departments, and in others, it's a hot mess. I would not recommend it as someone's first job or if they are not willing to put in hard work. They've also had three mass (500+ each) layoffs in the past six months.
