Disappointed. A pathetic interview experience.

Before you assume my feelings are based on the fact that I was rejected, I received offers from Microsoft, Amazon, and OLX in the same week. Selection and rejection are part of the interview process, but it's the interaction that people remember.

I had three rounds: one Skype and two in-person.

• The Skype round included basic Android-related and coding questions.
• The first in-person round had two medium-difficulty coding questions. I solved them, but the interviewer was unable to understand the solution despite me explaining it with four to five examples. Finally, he drew one example of a BST, and, lo and behold, it was an invalid BST. I pointed this out, and he started feeling embarrassed. This was the reason for rejection.
• The next round was just a formality with one of the junior developers asking random Android and Java-related questions.

No introductions happened in any of the rounds.
