The interview process is not at all streamlined. I had a Codility round, followed by two technical rounds with an Android Engineer, followed by one final round with an Engineering Manager. This took two months, even after I followed up with the Grab team.
Not only that, I didn't hear from Grab for two more months. Then I received another email stating I had another final round of interview with the Engineering Manager.
After this round, I again had to follow up asking for the result and received an email that they had decided not to proceed. After five months, multiple follow-ups with the team, and two final rounds preceded by several technical rounds, it felt like a total waste of energy and time.
I do not understand why they would send an email for a final round, only to follow up with another email for "another final round." I felt the second final round was conducted solely to reject me.
During the entire process, I had conversations with multiple HR representatives, and each seemed unaware of previous discussions.
I hope they streamline the process and inform candidates in advance about the number of rounds.
