First, there was an online test. Then, they invited me for an F2F interview, but I could not make it. The HR never bothered to ask for my availability. After a month with no news from them, they set up a phone interview, which included standard DS/Algo questions, project discussions, and design concepts.

The first F2F interview, over Skype, was scheduled on a weekday without asking for my availability. I asked to reschedule, and it was rescheduled again without asking for my availability.

The interviewer was in a hurry. He asked about the technology used in my projects and about DS/Algo. The interviewer didn't understand the code. When I tried to explain, he said, "I will check later." Another standard app design question followed, which I again tried to describe in detail. However, he again didn't quite understand and made no effort to understand. The interviewer was probably looking for a solution he already knew.

Overall, it was a terrible experience.
