The first one was an online interview where there were two interviewers. They seemed very rude to me. Without a proper intro, they started the interview. Regarding question asking, they were very, very rude, which showed their company culture and how they would treat their subordinates. One person was in the background, and that guy was completely insane. From nowhere, he started to ask questions. My suggestion to Grab is to educate your people on "How to interview candidates". I did very well in the interview, even solved the online coding problem, but got no response. The recruiter was super slow in communication. For any status update or interview scheduling, they took more than a month. I had a super bad interview experience there.
