I completed a Codility test initially. You don't need to score 100% to receive an interview invitation.

The first round included one interview with some basic coding problems, which were not too difficult. The interviewer was helpful.

The second round featured two back-to-back tech interviews. These involved more challenging coding problems, and the interviewers were once again very cooperative.

The third round was entirely focused on system design, and it was seriously difficult, at least for me as a fresh graduate with competitive experience but zero industry experience. The interviewer was also much tougher. I didn't feel I performed well, so I was quite surprised to receive the offer 24 hours later!
