Pros: It's a great place to work, filled with many nice and brilliant people. It has a great culture of allowing people to grow and achieve their best, and it encourages people to take the initiative and have ownership of their work. I'm also lucky to be a part of a small but excellent team, and I'm really enjoying my work so far.
Cons: There is no permanently remote working arrangement as of now.

Pros: The proportion of Junior vs Senior Engineers is even; most engineers are skilled.
There are many growth opportunities and learning channels, and a good learning space.
The workload is reasonable.
Cons: Too many services for an engineer to familiarize with.
Confusing team structures.

Pros: I enjoyed learning a lot about the tech stack from Grab, contributing to its ecosystem and communicating with the managers and the team to learn more about technical challenges and work culture. It was also very interesting to learn about the company's structure. The sharing sessions provided by interns and employees from other teams gave me an insight into what each team does.
Cons: Laptop equipment took 3 weeks to arrive. It was difficult to contact the mentors sometimes due to workload. Working from home during COVID made it impossible to meet the team face-to-face and I could not experience the office environment.
