Pros: Fast-paced environment, which is great for learning how to grow and balance priorities.
Teammates are really, really helpful and super smart.
Work with interesting technologies that you probably won't find in any SEA countries.
Really good compensation compared to other tech startups.
Cons: The fast-paced environment also may take up more time and effort, which can be tiring after a while.
There is a slight level of bureaucracy in making tech decisions, although that is to be expected for a company as large as Grab.
Benefits seem to have stagnated since COVID, again understandable due to current market conditions.
