Happy Hours every Friday (food, games, etc).
Pleasure to work with talented and passionate colleagues.
Cons: Basic defects/flaws of product are deprioritized while chasing for new features.
Lack of a strong/experienced technical leader.
Lack of a long-term plan as a technology company.

Pros: Exceptional opportunities for career growth.
A definite feeling of contribution to the company.
The HR is quite possibly the best I've experienced in India; they really make a big difference to the culture here.
Another important factor is that most of the people here are really talented, motivated people. This makes for a great environment at work.
Pay is pretty great too :)
Cons: No complaints. I guess healthier food as snacks? Heh.
