The Codility assessment is okay if you revised your Data Structures and Algorithms, followed by two rounds of technical interviews: one for algorithms and another for system design. I booked around five times, and each was cancelled. The company does not respect interviewers' time at all. By then, I had decided I would not join Grab, even if I did well.

I spoke to the recruiter and finally got the interviews arranged. Nearing the interview, I decided not to waste my time, so I asked to cancel. The recruiter told me there was no headcount anyway.

I'd be so mad if I wanted to join Grab! Overall, it was a bad experience, and I would recommend trying for other companies if you can.
