Cons

The interview process is pathetic. They ask questions from the internet just to get the person on board.

The male lead starts physically harassing. When I get strict and keep my distance from him, he fired me because of this.

They cannot bear any good advice for their messy work.

Chinese-speaking culture doesn't want to give place to anyone else.

Advice to Management

Management should be asked: When you fired someone, did you get enough check and evaluated the candidates during the interview process before hiring?

If a lead or manager fired someone because of performance, HR should go and check the work of the employee from Git, task list, etc.
