Pros

Compare with another ID company; they offer better benefits in terms of:

  • FSA
  • If there's a public holiday on the weekend, they will add more "free leave" during the weekdays.
Cons

Sometimes it's hard to tell our upper leaders that we have already "over-burned" or are already sharing it, but we don't have exact solutions for it.

Advice to Management

Give more appreciation to low-cost-country based people, as they offer the same (or even more) quality as high-cost-country based individuals, but do not get enough appreciation.
