I applied online for the role of Backend Engineer. I was sent an online test on Codility, which had three questions ranging from easy to medium. I scored 92% and received an email from a recruiter stating they wanted to continue with my candidacy.

The process involved three stages: background check, technical interview, and lastly, salary expectation. It was a great experience, and the interviewers were kind throughout the process. I hope to work with them one day. Great, great, great!

3 Rounds + coding assignment 1st round was on the technology used across the team. 2nd round was on system design. 3rd round was on culture fit. Generally quite straightforward if you know your stuff.
