The process was very casual with no formalities. It was interesting at the beginning but ended up being disappointing. From HRs attending me to the panel rushing through the interview, there was something off in the whole process. I didn't enjoy it

Grab initially contacted me in December. I took their Codility test and passed it with 100%. However, their interview tool, Gabi, rescheduled my interviews 10-12 times. After that, I stopped updating my schedule. Six months later, HR called and ask

1. The Codility test was the first round. It consisted of 3 coding questions which had to be solved in 180 minutes. I scored more than 90/100. 2. Two back-to-back tech interviews, an hour each.
