After only two rounds of technical interviews, which were fairly easy, I was told I did not pass. One day later, I was informed it was a mistake, and I received the offer straight away.

The interview process is good, but it takes a lot of time. However, the big problem is that the interviews are not up to the level of the candidate, and this difference is very much reflected in the interviews.
