I have been at Grab for 3+ years. It was a great company.
Earlier culture was awesome, benefits were good, and pay was competitive.
It's not the same company it once was. There is so much work pressure.
Constant re-orgs are happening.
Everyone wants to leave and is waiting for the market to correct. Pay is also less; they will lowball you as much as possible.
