Grab India - Not as expected
Grab has its brand name. Huge customer base. Very good product. Can use advanced technologies. Flexible environment. Not too much work pressure.
The Grab India R&D centre lacks facilities, culture, and benefits when compared to any other Grab R&D centre.
There's always talk about less budget and cost-cutting.
It doesn't feel like working in a big company in terms of the facilities and options they provide.
Please look into employees' concerns, otherwise, people may leave. A lot of employees are frustrated with current Grab India.
I guess if Grab could appoint someone from Singapore in India, then they would make sure that Grab culture is maintained here in India also.
