They don't value existing employees compared to new hires. New hires with less experience are joining with higher salaries, where old employees' salaries are not adjusted or compensated. It's disappointing that HR thinks existing employees possess no knowledge of salary structure and tries to play with this. Also, different teams have different salary structures, even though the roles are somewhat similar.
Try to value existing employees. Don't think employees know nothing. Good and experienced employees will leave if you continue this.
