Office near Marina Bay Sands; location is really good.
Compensation is okay, but not as good as in banks.
Engineering culture is awful, a lot of tech debt and nobody cares about it.
A lot of incompetent engineers.
Communication with the Seattle office is sick.
Equipment (chairs, desks, etc.).
HR processes: I was waiting for 3 months to get my employment pass.
